Refund policy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from chineselaundry.com, clbylaundry.com, or dirtylaundrybrand.com, your unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the date printed on the receipt. Returns received by our department after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be unworn and sent back with all of the original packaging intact. Any returns received with visible wear are subject to a restocking fee.
If you purchased from a retail store or a website other than chineselaundry.com, clbylaundry.com, or dirtylaundrybrand.com, please handle your return with the original place of purchase.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase, which does not cover normal wear and tear.

To process a return, please email cs@chineselaundry.com and a shipping label will be provided to you. Return shipping is free if you use our prepaid label.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Shipping is non-refundable.
Return Process without a Prepaid Label
If you are shipping from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or have chosen to pay for return shipping yourself, please follow the below instructions:
- Circle the return reason on your original invoice.
- Pack the item(s) to be returned and the original packing slip in a shipping box and affix your own shipping label. Ship to:

- Write the order number on the outside of the box, which is an 8-digit number beginning with CL.
- Drop your package off to be shipped.
- We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. If you paid for shipping, these fees are non-refundable, due to the high cost of shipping.
Exchange Process
Due to the high demand for our products, we do not process exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different item.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you received the wrong product from Chinese Laundry, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within three business days of receiving the package, and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.
Items Purchased During a Buy One, Get One Promotion
Items purchased during a Buy One, Get One at a % Off (BOGO) promotion may not qualify for the promotion any longer if only one item is returned. When only the higher price item is returned, the customer is responsible for the total retail cost of the discounted item, prior to the applied discount. The deduction from the returned item will be listed on the receipt as "Return Handling Fee".
